In cases where the customer/user cannot be picked up on the date or time set, the carrier shall redefine the delivery date and notify the customer/user. WITHDRAWAL-GUARANTEE OF PRODUCTS

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

The goods you wish to return must be in perfect condition, with unopened packaging as received.You will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the goods unless the product falls under warranty issues due to a manufacturing defect. In the event that you open the packaging of the product you must take care of the condition of the returned products from the time they are delivered to you until the time you deliver them to the company’s central warehouse at 6 Gertsou, Kozani, Greece, P.K50100.

ECO-FLOOR.GR is committed to replace any defective product, or product that has been damaged or destroyed during transport. In case of receipt of a defective or damaged product, please contact ECO-FLOOR.GR directly at 2461040100. Then place the product in its original packaging and send it to our central warehouses to determine the problem. After a relevant check, the product change is approved and within 15 working days the customer receives the new product back.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, products installed outdoors or in a wet environment, or use other than for domestic purposes, unless stated. In any case, the inspection for any damage is considered to be carried out within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a problem or damage is reported within the 14 days, it is necessary for the consumer to have photos of the products before opening the packages to determine whether they were caused by the carrier.

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product from the company and this is proven by the proof of purchase. The warranty includes anything caused by the manufacture or materials but not damage caused by wear and tear, misuse or misplacement. Natural wood products over time if exposed to the sun or other environmental conditions may show discolouration. Products made of solid wood due to the naturalness of the material may have slight variations in shade due to the structure of the wood (water).

The product warranty does not include the company’s technical shipping, as well as transportation to replace the product to and from the customer’s site services are charged separately and are not part of the warranty. The guarantee is for the product and not for its transport. Under no circumstances will the purchase price of the product be refunded.
