DISPATCH OF PRODUCTS
The products are shipped within the physical boundaries of Greece, through our partner courier company. The transport company delivers to the address you wish (home, work, etc.), except in cases of inaccessible areas where your order is picked up from the nearest branch of the courier company or from the nearest possible delivery point. For shipments abroad please contact us at (+30)2461040100. Shipping costs are calculated according to the volume of the products, the weight of the products, the address and postal code of the place of destination. The shipping cost is calculated automatically during the order form filling process once you have placed the products in the basket and by filling in the postal code of the place of delivery. Charges are always calculated up to the curbside entrance of the declared delivery address.
In case you wish to transfer them with your own agency, please inform the company directly at 2461040100 and in this case the shipping costs are not determined by the company. In addition, during the ordering process you are given the option to choose to pick up your order from our store, located at 6 Gertsou Street, Kozani, free of charge. The consumer is not obliged to pay if he/she does not receive the legal documentary proof/invoice. The prices of the shipping costs include 24% VAT. Please let us know if there are any access difficulties to your venue.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except holidays). If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will go through the approval, preparation and dispatch phase on the next working day. During periods of increased demand, it is possible that the delivery time of goods may increase (e.g. holiday season).
If for reasons of force majeure there is a delay with your order, then we will contact you to inform you about the shipment and delivery.
Deliveries of orders are carried out within a working eight-hour period (9:00am – 17:00pm) except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The times of the routes of each shipment are determined unilaterally by ECO-FLOOR or by the cooperating transport/logistics agency and are communicated to the customer/user.
In cases where the customer/user cannot be picked up on the date or time set, the carrier shall redefine the delivery date and notify the customer/user. In cases where the customer cannot pick up at the next appointment, then he must pick up the products with his own means of transport, from the nearest warehouse cooperating with the company.
RESPONSIBLE FOR RECEIPT ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER
The receipt in any case is made by the person mentioned in the order as the recipient with the demonstration of his/her identity card or passport or generally public document suitable for the proof of identity in case the person mentioned in the order as the recipient cannot receive the order himself/herself, he/she must notify us in writing to the e-mail address of the company info@eco-floor.gr.
INACCESSIBLE AREAS
In case the delivery address given by the customer/user is difficult to access by the transport means of the company/transport agency (e.g. truck) or the transport means of the company/transport agency are not allowed to enter, then please inform us when entering the order so that appropriate measures can be taken. In the event that the information is not provided then the company/transport agency has the right to deliver the goods to the nearest accessible point by the means of transport or to request an additional charge from the customer/user for the delivery of the goods to the pavement of the entrance.
TIME OF DELIVERY OF GOODS
The processing of orders and their delivery is completed according to the delivery time of the product.
The processing of orders for ready-to-deliver products and their delivery is completed within 5 – 7 working days from the order at the latest.

www.eco-floor.gr takes care of the packaging of your order without any additional charge.
WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS
The terms and conditions described apply to all products purchased from the ECO-FLOOR online store through the internet at www.eco-floor.gr.
When you place your order through the EFDECO E.E. e-shop, you have the possibility to cancel your order within the same day you placed the order.
If you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will need to send a request to info@eco-floor.gr with your proof of purchase and your order form. The goods you wish to return must be in perfect condition, with unopened packaging as received. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product falls under warranty issues due to a manufacturing defect. In the event that you open the product’s packaging, you must take care of the condition of the returned products from the time they are delivered to you until the time you deliver them to the company’s central warehouse at 6 Gertsou, Kozani, Kozani, P.K. 50100.
The customer has the option to return the purchased products within 14 days from the time of receipt. If they are not returned within 14 days then ECO-FLOOR is not obliged to accept any withdrawal or replacement of the product.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the products are manufactured according to the specifications you as a consumer have set or are not in stock and require a special order from the (supplier/manufacturer) as well as products which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
